Haiti: Triumph, Sorrow, and the Struggle of a People didn't take home the EMMY, but it was still an amazing experience! It's such an honor to know others in your field are watching your work and feel it's good enough to win such a pestigious award. Thank you so much for everyone's support! And now it's time for the film to hit stores- So stay tuned for summer release date.

More great news pouring in! Jonas and Tim have been nominated for an Emmy for Haiti: Triumph, Sorrow, and the Struggle of a People! We submitted to the Societal Concern category back in December- So now we sit and wait for the NATAS Ceremony May 14th! Here is the full list of this year’s nominations (PDF).

Absolutely fantastic news! Haiti: Triumph, Sorrow, and the Struggle of a People has just won  The Associated Press Award for Best Documentary! Special thanks to ABC6 WLNE-TV for all their help this past August for it’s television debut, and everyone else involved on the film making it such a great success.

More great news- We were just accepted into the Boston International Film Festival! Haiti: Triumph, Sorrow, and the Struggle of a People will be shown on April 18 at 1pm at AMC Theatres 175 Tremont St. Boston Common. I know it’s a cruddy time, but it’s an honor and great experience. Plus, we are part of a benefit screening with other great films about Haiti.

Haiti: Triumph, Sorrow, and the Struggle of a People was just accepted into the SENE Film Festival! Jonas and Tim were there for the Q&A after the screening. It was a blast! Thank you so much to the SENE Film Fest for the fantastic weekend and picture.
